Hop adventure Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the mobile game Hop adventure (bundle ID com.hopbound.game) handles information. The game is published by Dakoty Studio s. r. o. on iOS and Android.

Game progress
The game saves your progress, scores, virtual coins, upgrades and settings locally on your device. You do not need an account. We do not receive this saved game file. Deleting the game normally removes it from the device.
Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, native, app-open and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), device and app identifiers, information about ad views and interactions, and technical or diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising. We do not request your precise location. Where required, the game shows a consent form before requesting ads. You can revisit advertising privacy choices in the game settings when that option is available. You can also manage ad personalization or reset the advertising ID in your device settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand game usage and improve levels and performance. Events can include starting or finishing a run, progress, virtual currency earned, upgrades and rewarded-ad outcomes, together with technical information such as device type, operating system, app version and an app-instance identifier. These events do not include your name, email address or phone number. We review aggregated reports rather than individual saved-game files.
Sharing, storage and security
Google processes advertising and analytics data for these services. Its practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security information. Service data may be processed outside your country, subject to Google's safeguards. Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit. Retention of data held by Google depends on the applicable service settings and Google's policies. We do not sell your saved game progress or contact information.
Your choices and rights
You can use the advertising privacy control in the game's settings when it is shown, change advertising choices in your iOS or Android settings, and delete the game to remove locally stored progress. For questions, access or deletion requests concerning information we control, contact info@dakotystudio.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to your data protection authority. For data processed by Google as a separate controller, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google.
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of data associated with Hop adventure, email info@dakotystudio.com with the subject “Hop adventure data deletion”. Tell us which data you want removed and provide enough information to identify it; do not send passwords or sensitive documents. We will review the request and delete personal data under our control where we can identify it, unless we must retain it for a legal reason. We may retain a minimal record of the request and our response to meet legal obligations. Gameplay progress, virtual coins, upgrades and settings are stored only on your device and can be removed by deleting the game or clearing its app data. AdMob and Firebase service data, including device identifiers, ad interactions, usage events and diagnostics, is held by Google and follows Google's retention and deletion controls; deleting the game does not immediately erase data already sent to Google. We can explain which provider controls are available when we reply.
Children
Hop adventure is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children for personal contact information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the address above.
Updates
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date at the top will show the latest version.
